PDF2XL is a PDF to Excel converter is an application for converting PDF documents of any size to single page structured Microsoft Office Excel documents.
This Enterprise version allows the user to convert directly from scanned documents or images. Transfer paper documents to digital documents that can be protected by password and encrypted for higher security.
Also, the application can convert any OCR document as well as data information extracted from screens.
A remarkable performance is the conversion speed: according to the publishers it can convert up to 450 pages a minute, so even long PDF documents are converted to MS Excel files in a very few minutes.
The PDF2XL application can also convert PDF documents to comma separated values (CSV) files, so other applications beside MS Excel can handle the output CSV documents.
PDF2XL can, as well, export output data files to Microsoft Office Word, copy result documents to the clipboard, and to different file formats.
The application allows the users to use layouts (or templates) for converting next similar PDF documents, based on a previous converted PDF file.
PDF2XL works as a PDF viewer as well , and it offers the possibility of selecting the data to convert on one page of the original PDF document and
automatically a preview is shown in MS Excel format, to help user to decide the parts of the original document to be converted.
User can also select one page, some pages or all the pages of the PDF document to be converted, and then press 'Convert': the selected data will be
converted to MS Excel or Word document. Also, converted data can be 'pasted' into previous existing MS Excel or Word documents.
